(414) 963-1201, between the hours of 9 and 5 Central Time.
We accept Visa and Mastercard.

To order by mail, please consult the Price Chart below, add merchandise total, shipping costs, and sales tax (Wisconsin residents include 5.6% sales tax.) and include a check made out to Boxelder, Inc. Your order will go out in one week.

We ship via UPS Ground, taking two to five days to reach various U.S. locations. For FEDEX or UPS Air options, there will be additional charges.

Shipments to Canada: We generally send packages via U.S. Mail to Canada, requiring 10 days to two weeks. Extra charges will apply.

Packaging Options: Each Headcase comes packaged singly in an 8” x 10” vinyl press-seal pouch.  For an additional $.65 each, you may order Headcases in a 7.5” x 9” x .5” clear acetate gift box.
